Charles Y. is an experienced professional in clinical data management, holding an MD and PhD with over 25 years in the field. They currently serve as the VP and Head of the Clinical Data Science Center at Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., where they have established a team of over 150 staff and managed over 600 clinical trials. Previously, Charles held senior roles at Pfizer and Boehringer Ingelheim, and played a key role in enhancing data management processes and productivity. As an author of "Data Management in Clinical Research," published in 2011, they have contributed significantly to the field. Charles also serves on the SCDM (China) Advisory Committee and was a former member of the DIA (China) Advisory Committee.
