Eileen McCarthy is currently the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at JetBlue, where they continue to support the company's corporate governance and compliance efforts. Eileen has previously held senior legal roles, including Vice President Senior Corporate Counsel at UiPath and Vice President Associate General Counsel at JetBlue Airways Corporation, focusing on corporate governance and securities law. They began their legal career as an associate at Gould & Wilkie LLP and later became a partner at Thompson Hine LLP. Eileen holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a JD from Fordham University School of Law, and they are also a member of the Board of Directors for Chemed Corporation.
