Katy Ferguson has extensive experience in revenue management and location planning, currently serving as Head of Revenue (Retails) at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays since July 2015. In this role, Katy oversees the Trading team for the In-Flight & Retail department and manages the In-Flight Supply Chain Team to enhance the onboard shopping experience for customers. Prior to this, Katy held multiple positions at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, including Senior Location Planning Analyst, where responsibilities included demographic and competitor analysis for sales forecasts in London. Earlier experience at Waitrose as a Location Planning Analyst involved similar analytical duties for new store investments. Katy holds a 2.1 degree in Geography from the University of Leeds and has completed a Retail Location Analysis program at Oxford University’s Said Business School.
