Ilvy van der Meer is a master's student at the University of Amsterdam, pursuing advanced studies while currently working as a psychologist in training at Jellinek. They have previous experience in event hospitality with meerwerc and have held various roles within U.P.V. Alcmaeon, including serving as the Secretary for the Congress Committee and the Food Committee, as well as leading sponsorship efforts. Additionally, Ilvy has worked as a hospitality employee at Intratuin Leidsche Rijn and serves as a student mentor at Universiteit Utrecht. They also contribute to the care sector as a care worker at Emile Thuiszorg.
