Farhan Javaid has over a decade of experience in the finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Finance for the UK, ROI & Franchise at JD Sports Fashion since June 2014. Farhan also held various leadership roles including Head of Eastern Europe Finance and International Financial Controller within the same company. Prior to JD Sports Fashion, Farhan worked at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc from June 2010 to May 2014 in several finance positions including Interim Finance Manager for Property Finance. Farhan began a finance career with Morrisons as a Trainee Management Accountant in September 2008. Farhan holds an ACCA qualification from Kaplan Financial and a BA Hons in Accounting & Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University.
