Rachel Schwartz is the Director of Social Services at JCC Chicago, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as a Program and Social Services Manager, an Early Childhood Senior Social Worker, and a Social Worker at the same organization. Rachel also held the position of Assistant Director of Early Childhood at the Jewish Community Centers of Chicago from 2005 to 2006. They earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
