Lyrra Wong has a diverse background in training, restaurant management, and operations. As an Associate Training Manager at foodpanda from February 2022 to August 2022, Lyrra focused on developing training systems and tools while collaborating with the APAC training manager to track performance using Tableau and Google tools. Previous experience includes tutoring students at primary schools from 2004 to 2006 and working as a bartender. Lyrra served as Restaurant Manager for HR & Training at Jollibee Group of Companies from April 2021 to May 2022, and as Restaurant General Manager at McDonald's Corporation from August 2013 to May 2022, overseeing operations and talent development. Currently, Lyrra is an Assistant Operations Manager at Jardine Restaurant Group, utilizing data analysis for revenue generation and performance tracking. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics from PolyU and an Associate's degree in Logistics from Lingnan University.
