Rachel Alexander currently serves as a Manufacturing Supervisor at James Hardie, having previously held roles as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer and Associate Engineer within the company since June 2022. Prior experience includes an internship as a Quality Engineer at Modine HVAC from March 2021 to February 2022 and an undergraduate tenure at Virginia Tech College of Engineering from August 2018 to September 2022, where Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering.
