Cathy Cong is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as UX Lead at Jam3 since January 2018, after progressing through positions including Senior User Experience Designer and User Experience Designer. Prior to Jam3, Cathy held the position of Senior UX Designer at GALE Partners, focusing on UX/UI design. Cathy began a career in UX architecture at SapientNitro from 2013 to 2015 and contributed to BlackBerry in roles ranging from Project Assistant to Documentation Services Associate from 2010 to 2012.
