Victoria King has over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Delivery for the Lower Thames Crossing at Jacobs since September 2013. In this role, Victoria is responsible for the Cultural Workstream and People Strategy, focusing on organizational strategy and cultural change. Prior to this position, Victoria worked as an HR Delivery Partner, leading organizational development for major infrastructure projects. Previous roles include HR Advisor at Dyson and Adecco UK, where support was provided to various teams and brands. Victoria also has experience in HR advisory positions at Madame Tussauds and THORPE PARK Resort, starting as an HR Administrator with a focus on recruitment processes. Victoria holds a CIPD qualification in HR Management from Kingston University and a BA in English from Royal Holloway, University of London.
