Paul Moyer is a highly experienced urban planning professional currently serving as Principal of the Advance Planning Group at Jacobs since November 2017. Moyer has held several leadership roles, including At-Large Director for the National Capital Area Chapter APA and Technical Advisory Council Committee Member for the Washington DC Urban Land Institute since 2013.
