Jian Wang, P.E., PMP, is a civil engineering professional currently serving as the Deputy Group Manager and Project Manager in the Highways Department at Jacobs since 2025. With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers and a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Jian has a strong academic foundation. Previously, Jian worked as a Civil Engineer at Louis Berger from 2014 to 2019 and held various senior roles at WSP in the U.S. from 2024 to 2025, accumulating extensive experience in designing and managing projects for the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
