Felicity Donaldson is an experienced Corporate Counsel currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Jacobs. With a robust background in negotiating consultancy agreements and project contracts, they lead a team of four lawyers in Australia and New Zealand while collaborating with teams across Asia and the Middle East. Prior to their role at Jacobs, Felicity held positions as a Solicitor at Quinlan Miller & Treston and as a Corporate Solicitor at SKM.
