Eoin Walsh is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng, MICE) and a Registered Ground Engineering Adviser who serves as the Senior Associate Director of Ground Engineering at Jacobs. With over fifteen years of experience in geotechnical consultancy and construction site roles, Eoin has led geotechnical designs and managed ground risk across various sectors including Highways, Water, and Energy. Eoin's previous positions include Principal Geotechnical Engineer at WSP in the UK and Senior Principal Engineer at Jacobs. Eoin is also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of engineers, taking on roles such as a degree apprentice mentor and early career lead. Eoin holds a First Class Honours BEng in Civil & Transportation Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
