Chris Sowerby has extensive experience in sustainable infrastructure and project management, currently serving as a Facilitator at #ANDYSMANCLUB since February 2023. As Head of Discipline for Sustainable Infrastructure at Jacobs, a role held since January 2018, Chris leads initiatives to advance sustainable practices within environmental management. Previously, Chris held multiple director-level positions, including at CH2M, providing contract and portfolio management, and served as Sales Director for the Transportation sector in Europe, driving business development and a sales-oriented culture. Chris began a career in environmental consulting with TRL and later as a Principal Consultant at Halcrow Group Ltd. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Environmental Engineering and Project Management and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds.
