Melody Mauck has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Jackson Rancheria since September 2001. Initially serving as Employee Relations/Benefits Manager until September 2019, Melody was responsible for monitoring the employee problem resolution process and conducting interviews to gather information on complaints. Since September 2019, Melody has held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources. Melody holds a degree in Human Resources Development & Management and Business Administration from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2008.
