Richard Wells is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in database administration and IT support. Currently serving as a Senior Database Administrator at Jack Henry & Associates since December 2010, Richard has also held various roles including Petty Officer in the US Navy from February 2013 to August 2019, Dispatch Field Tech at ITW, Reporting Analyst at TeleTech, and General Manager at CEC Entertainment. Richard's career began as a Telemarketer at Verizon, followed by a position as a Tier 2 Help Desk Tech at Bell Industries. Richard holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Ozarks Technical Community College and has pursued further education at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, Richard graduated with a High School Diploma from Republic High School in 2002.
