Robert Katz is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Jabil, where they lead the in-house legal department and serve as a strategic partner to the board and senior management. Previously, Katz held several notable positions, including General Counsel and Regional Compliance Officer at Delphi, and Assistant General Counsel at General Motors, where they played a key role in M&A transactions. Katz also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at both Federal-Mogul Corporation and Ingersoll Rand. Their educational background includes a BCL and LLB from McGill University, where they graduated with Upper Second Class Honors.
