Anita Nowak-Zięba has extensive experience in sales compensation and rewards management, having held various leadership roles at companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Jabil. Between 2006 and 2016, Anita worked in capacities ranging from VAT Reporting Specialist to EMEA Sales Compensation Senior Manager. Currently, Anita serves as the EMEA and US Total Rewards Director at Jabil, while concurrently pursuing a PhD at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu, where they have also completed a master's degree.
