David Watkins has over a decade of experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Project Engineer at J-U-B Engineers, Inc. since February 2015. Prior to this role, David held the same title at the same company from March 2013 to February 2015, and worked as an Engineer II at Brown and Caldwell from November 2011 to March 2013. David began their career at J-U-B Engineers, Inc. as an Assistant Design Engineer from June 2009 to November 2011, following a position as a Research Assistant at the University of Idaho from August 2007 to May 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both earned from the University of Idaho.
