Omar Kaayal, MSE, ACTAR, is a Senior Accident Reconstructionist with extensive experience in applying engineering and biomechanics principles to accident investigations. Currently at J.S. Held LLC, Omar previously served as a Forensic Expert and Managing Forensic Expert at Aperture LLC, where they produced forensically-sound reports on a variety of accidents, including motor vehicle and heavy commercial vehicle incidents. Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and a Master of Science in Engineering, both from the University of California, Riverside. They are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) and actively participate in several professional organizations related to accident reconstruction.
