Colin Dess is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Beginning as a laborer at E3 Recycling and a lifeguard at Mercer Island Beach Club, Colin progressed to internships and engineering positions, notably joining Byington Steel Treating, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer and advancing through significant roles at WD, Apple, Fitbit, and Molekule. Colin's expertise encompasses mechanical design, product testing, and tool development, culminating in a current position as Head of Hardware Engineering at Ivy Capture. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science from Santa Clara University.
