Carlos Fernández, holding multiple certifications including CISM, CRISC, CISA, CDPSE, and SWIFT/E, is an experienced educator and IT professional specializing in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and risk management. Currently serving as a teacher at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and ITLA, Carlos impart knowledge in IT security and risk management while also functioning as a master professor at EXAE and a university teacher at the Universidad Dominicana O&M. Carlos has held various senior roles in information technology audit and risk management, including positions at the Superintendency of Banks of the Dominican Republic and KPMG. With a robust academic background including a Master's in Computer Security and Audit, Carlos is well-equipped to address the complexities of technology and risk in higher education and in the financial sector.
