Bente C. Velde is a seasoned professional in employer branding and recruitment, currently serving as the Leder for Employer Branding & Rekruttering at iteam since October 2025. Prior to this role, Bente held positions at Personalhuset Norge as a Senior Rekrutteringsrådgiver and Rekrutteringsrådgiver from September 2022 to October 2025.
