Law Graduate from the Federico II University in Naples, Fabrizio Manzi comes from UniCredit S.p.A., where he held the position of First Vice President – Head of Corporate Transactions Legal Support.
Previously, Manzi has worked for many years as a lawyer at the law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners, in Rome, where he was in charge of numerous M & A operations and provided assistance to listed and non listed Italian and foreign companies, as well as to various international business banks. He was legal counsel at Merrill Lynch International in London and Rome and in Cementir Holding S.p.A.
