Peter Kjærsgaard is a finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and project management. Currently, they serve as the Chairman of the Board and Co-owner of IT Minds and as the Vice President, Head of M&A and Business Development at Renewtech. Previously, Peter held senior roles at Arla Foods and ISS A/S, managing significant acquisition and divestment projects across Europe. Peter also founded Kjærsgaard Consulting, providing freelance M&A advisory services. They have a Master of Science in Finance from Aarhus School of Business.
