Jen Norris is a Director at Isio, where they empower individuals through enhanced financial wellbeing. They have extensive experience in various pension projects, serving sponsor-side clients ranging from large corporates to small charities. Jen previously held senior roles at KPMG UK, including Senior Manager and Actuarial Consultant, and completed an interim secondment as Pensions Manager at Cancer Research UK.
