Michael Mayr is currently the Lead Technical Quality Assurance professional at Isar Aerospace, a position held since 2020. Previously, from 2012 to 2016, they served as the Deputy Head of the Fatigue Strength Laboratory at IABG, where they focused on material characterization and testing. In 2016, they worked as a Project Leader for Validation at EDAG Group, overseeing the validation of interior parts for BMW's first-tier suppliers. From 2017 to 2020, they led the Test & Quality team at KDX Europe Composite R&D Center GmbH.
