About this role:

The heart of contract lifecycle management is the workflow - the way that contracts go from conception to signature. This is the lever by which enterprises of all flavors, shapes, and sizes can increase efficiency, manage risk, and accelerate the pace of business growth. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic product leader to help build the next phase of this core part of our tool. In this role, a successful PM must be comfortable molding legacy technology into a new shape while maintaining velocity and customer love. 

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of Ironclad’s users better than anyone (including themselves).
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities and product roadmap.
• Collaborate seamlessly with design and engineering partners to push the bounds of simplicity and extensibility on the screen and under the hood.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product prioritization and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years product management experience
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for talking to end users and understanding their world
• Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader; a great partner to all functions
• Strong track record of owning end-to-end initiatives and launching impactful products
• Keen eye for systems and ability to untangle complexity
• Exceptional product sense and strategic thinking
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
