Emma Partridge is the Senior Director of Digital Operations for UK&I at Iron Mountain. With over 20 years of experience, they previously served as Digital Director at SPS from 2011 to 2023, where they led significant digital and BPO transformations for global BFSI accounts. Emma has demonstrated expertise in creating strategic service propositions and managing end-to-end digital initiatives, including a landmark project for The Co-operative Bank that enabled a successful migration to digital solutions. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Operations at RR Donnelley from 2008 to 2010.
