Michele Schwerha, CFS, is the Vice President of R&D at IRCA Group USA, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the President of Nutrifections for a brief period in 2013 and currently operate as the President/Owner of NutriCounsel. From 2022 to 2024, they were the US Director of Research Development at Barry Callebaut Group. Michele is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Penn State University.
