Catalin Baldin is the Director of Clinical Operations and EMEA Business Operations and Capabilities Lead at IQVIA, where they drive and support clinical research teams in achieving operational and financial targets. Previously, Catalin held various finance-related positions at Quintiles, including Associate Director of Finance and Finance Manager, where they focused on revenue metrics and project finance analysis. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Accountant at Shell, specializing in tax accountancy. Catalin earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
