Niall Gaffney is the Chief Executive of IPUT Real Estate, where they have developed investment strategies and asset management solutions since 2000. With nearly six decades of experience, IPUT is one of Europe's leading real estate property funds, focusing on enhancing Dublin's commercial landscape. Niall is also a ULI Global Governing Trustee and a Programme Board Member at the Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts, positions they have held since 2025 and 2024, respectively. They earned an MBA from Dublin City University and hold a BSc in Surveying and a Diploma in Property Economics from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
