Wendy McInnes has over 25 years of experience in research and consulting, having worked across both public and private sectors to enhance customer and employee experiences. Currently, as the Director of Employee Experience at Ipsos and Director of Insights for Big Village, Wendy focuses on designing practical research programs that drive organizational performance. Previously, Wendy held roles such as Account Director for Ipsos Loyalty, where they developed loyalty programs, and International Director of Tourism & Travel at Roy Morgan Research, where they analyzed travel behaviors. Wendy holds a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology from Curtin University and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Psychology from Federation University Australia.
