Richard Harvey, CCP, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Compensation Consultant at iPipeline since September 2023, Richard previously held the role of Sr. Compensation Analyst at Allscripts starting from February 2013. Prior to Allscripts, Richard worked as a Compensation Analyst at Grifols, where project management and analysis of all positions were key responsibilities, and at Biomerieux, focusing on salary analysis and compensation structure reviews in a global context. Richard's career began at IBM, where roles included Executive Compensation Program Manager, Employee Compensation Program Manager, and Senior Compensation Leader, managing compensation programs for thousands of employees globally and spearheading initiatives to address pay equity.
