Genevieve Martin, MS, is a Director of Process Technology with a specialization in the development of large-scale manufacturing processes for III-V devices. They previously held positions as a Process Group Leader and Process Engineer at Microlink Devices, where they focused on optimizing thin films and developing electroplating processes for GaAs devices. Genevieve has also served as a Wafer Fabrication Supervisor at IPG Photonics, overseeing laser diode production and process development. They hold a Master of Science in Materials Process Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
