Vinay K Goel serves as the Honorary General Secretary of the Institution of Valuers since 2006, notable for being the first Indian Valuer to join the Working Group of the Advisory Forum of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). In addition, Vinay occupies the role of Managing Director and CEO at IOV RVF (IOV-Registered Valuers Foundation) since 2017, contributing as an expert on the Committee of Experts that developed the draft report on the “Valuers Bill, 2020” for the Government of India. As a Principal Architect at Imagination Infratech Pvt. Ltd. since 1989, Vinay has a background in architecture, holding a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Chandigarh College of Architecture and a Master's degree in Real Estate Valuation from Annamalai University.
