Eugene M. currently serves as Chief Operations Officer of ION Markets (FX) since June 2021 and has been Chief Executive Officer of MarketFactory since 2019, following its acquisition by ION in 2019. Eugene previously held the roles of CFO and COO at MarketFactory from 2014 to 2019, leading significant business development efforts that increased SaaS sales from $2 million to $15 million. Prior experience includes serving as Fixed Income Rates COO at Credit Suisse from 2007 to February 2014, where Eugene managed a large trading team and implemented a cost-reduction strategy. Additionally, Eugene was an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse, providing financial advisory services, and an Analyst at Citi, where budget management and cost-saving initiatives were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Banking from NYU Stern School of Business and attendance at Binghamton University.
