Currently serving as President and CHRO at Ion Exchange India Ltd since April 2025, Rajesh has previously held significant positions at Welspun India Limited, Capital Foods Private Limited, and the Aditya Birla Group, among others. With a career spanning over two decades, Rajesh has a proven track record in establishing HR functions, implementing strategic HR processes, and promoting organizational development. Rajesh holds a Master's degree in Psychology specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour from the University of Allahabad and has further enhanced expertise through NTL's OD Certification.
