Wilma Bercasio has a diverse work experience across various industries. Wilma began their career as a Risk Management Analyst at Chase, analyzing transactions for potential fraud. Wilma then worked as a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative for U-verse at VXI Global Holdings, handling inbound calls and troubleshooting device and internet connection issues.
