Rick Koenigsberger is currently the Sr. Managing Director and Co-President of the CRE Group at Invictus Capital Group, as well as the Managing Partner at Roca Management, LLC. They held the position of Managing Director at XE Capital Management from 2007 to 2009 and served as Co-CEO at CV Holdings, Inc. from 2006 to 2020. Prior to that, Rick was a Partner at Apollo Real Estate Advisors from 1995 to 2005 and Vice President at Apollo Management from 1990 to 1995. Rick is presently pursuing a degree in Finance and Economics at The Wharton School.
