Thomas Hockswender is a hands-on senior technology leader in the financial services industry with over 25 years of experience building and delivering software systems across capital markets. Currently, as the Global Head of Engineering at InvestCloud, Inc., Thomas oversees innovative technology initiatives. Previously, they held senior roles at organizations such as Bear Stearns, Wells Fargo Securities, and Deutsche Bank, where they led substantial teams and drove transformative projects. Thomas co-founded Castle Point Systems and began their career as a mechanical engineer after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
