Monica Bansal, JD, is currently the Lead Clinical Affairs Specialist for Advertising & Promotion at Intuitive Surgical, Inc., where they conduct comprehensive analyses of clinical literature and collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance. They have previously held several positions including Sr. Clinical Affairs Advertising & Promotion and were involved in significant regulatory efforts across various international markets. With a background in law and regulatory affairs, Monica is also certified by the California Bar and the USPTO-Patent Bar. Monica has experience as a litigation attorney and has developed educational programs while serving as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan. They are pursuing a JD at the University of San Francisco School of Law and a BA in Integrative Biology at the University of California, Berkeley.
