Ruby Sherman Savino has over a decade of experience in customer success and technology management, currently serving as the Customer Success - Service Delivery Group Manager at Intuit since July 2013, where Ruby leads the Service Delivery for the Expert Network team, enhancing TurboTax Live services. As a dedicated workforce technology people leader, Ruby focuses on talent development and process improvement and has held various leadership positions, including Co-Chair of the Intuit Latinos Network in San Diego. Ruby's extensive background in IT support is complemented by active roles in Toastmasters International, including Vice President of Education and founding member of a corporate club. Ruby holds a B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University and studied at the University of Sydney.
