Mariel Maier, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources management. Most recently, they serve as the Director, HR Business Partner at Intuit, where they collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent strategies. Their previous roles include positions at Slalom, PwC, and ExecOnline, Inc., among others, where they focused on building high-performing teams and executing HR programs. Mariel holds several certifications from the University of California, Berkeley, and Columbia Business School, and earned a BS from the University of Mary Washington.
