Chengyu Wu, Ph.D., is an experienced modeler dedicated to technical excellence through operations research, machine learning, and statistics. They served as a Senior Data Scientist at T-Mobile from 2019 to 2022, where they designed methodologies to measure the effectiveness of media advertisements and developed innovative testing frameworks. Currently, Chengyu holds the position of Senior Staff Data Scientist at Intuit, leading TurboTax's end-to-end marketing experimentation efforts. They completed their education with a Ph.D. in Operations Management from Duke University, complemented by a Master's in Operations Research and Supply Chain Management from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
