Nick Adlam is an experienced director and consultant specializing in both the charity and not-for-profit sectors as well as corporate and private equity advisory. Since February 2013, Nick has served as Director of Charity & Not-for-Profit (Pro-Bono) at Adlam Associates, advising over 30 clients, including prestigious organizations such as the Open University and Cancer Research UK. In the corporate space, Nick has held the position of Director of Corporate & Private Equity, providing strategic guidance to over 20 private equity clients, including KKR and Cinven, along with more than 40 corporate clients. Additionally, Nick is involved with INTO University Partnerships as Director of Group Board and Chief Commercial Officer, and holds various non-executive director roles in multiple organizations, including The Barton Partnership and QuantSpark. Nick holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London.
