Pedro Coelho is currently the Head of Operations at Interventional Systems, where they lead operations across a medical device company, focusing on quality, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach. With a background in SaaS, consulting, and startups, Pedro has contributed to strategic planning during growth phases and driven efficiency improvements that resulted in significant P&L gains. They have also held roles as Implementations Manager at Autodesk and Prodsmart, and served as a Senior Consultant at Kaizen Institute Western Europe. Pedro earned a degree from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto between 2010 and 2015.
