Rachel Nuhfer has extensive experience in both laboratory and leadership roles, beginning as a Laboratory Technician at the Laboratory for Physical Sciences from June 2000 to May 2002. Following this, Rachel served as a Research Scientist at the Center for Remote Sensing, Inc. from June 2002 to July 2003. A significant tenure at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. from February 2008 to April 2012 involved roles such as Program Manager, Deputy Group Leader, Warfare Analyst, and NAVAIR Capture Lead. Rachel transitioned to Smartronix, where duties as Director and Program Manager were fulfilled from July 2020 to October 2024, and is currently serving as Senior Director at SMX from December 2023 to October 2024. Since October 2024, Rachel has held the position of Assistant Area Ministry Director at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
