interop.io was formed in June 2023 through the merger of Finsemble and Glue42 to create a global powerhouse driving application interoperability in capital markets and beyond.

interop.io’s mission is to build on the basic application connectivity standards provided by FDC3 and turn these into highly efficient, game-changing Straight-Through workflows. This means that our clients benefit from unparalleled levels of business agility, a more productive workforce and better operational control.

interop.io brings together the award-winning technologies of both companies to offer a suite of io. products. At the core is io.Connect, which enables clients to build and deploy highly intuitive front ends that bring different applications and functionality into a single, harmonized smart desktop. In this way, the boundaries between different applications are dissolved and users are free to focus on higher-value tasks.  

Interop.io is headquartered in the USA with over 110 full-time R&D engineers based in New York, London and Sofia.  Its clients include buy sides, sell sides and technology vendors such as Citi, Fidelity, Instinet, Millennium, JP Morgan, Broadridge, Factset and IRESS.
